 •  Changeover day is on Fridays, with guests asked to vacate the property
     no later than 10:30am and arrive no sooner than 4pm.
 •  A minimum three nights' stay is required
 •  Costs include all bed-linen and towels
 •  Tea, coffee, milk, sugar are included free of charge

 •  two chapel lane operates a non-smoking policy
